[Chair-tpch] Membership on the TPC-H subcommittee

I never received this original email.  It must have been before the new system was fully setup.  Glad this was taken care of at the last F2F.  

FYI, there will be likely be a subcommittee meeting on the 28th of this month.  I'll make sure that you are on the distribution list.

Eric,

I would like for Actian to join the TPC-H subcommittee.  My understanding of the rules is that to do that I need to let you know and have someone make a motion to add Actian to the subcommittee and someone else to second it, and then a GC vote to approve.  Since I will not be attending the upcoming meeting in China I will have to rely on members who are present to make the motion and second on our behalf.

Can I request you to make that motion?  I doubt I would have to find someone to second ahead of time, but I will try to do so.
