<div>I would like for Actian to join the TPC-H subcommittee. My understanding of the rules is that to do that I need to let you know and have someone make a motion to add Actian to the subcommittee and someone else to second it, and then a GC vote to approve.
Since I will not be attending the upcoming meeting in China I will have to rely on members who are present to make the motion and second on our behalf.</div>
