[Tpc-info] download server broken

Folks,
while attempting to download tpc materials, I give my contact info on the web page, agree to the terms, get the email  with a link and key, and the link  gives me an Error 500 in the browser. Can we please investigate?
Please write back and let me know if you can repair.
