Our company has recently decided to rebrand, and as part of this process, we
will be changing our company name from “Inspur Electronic Information
Industry Co., Ltd.” to “IEIT SYSTEMS Co., Ltd.”

In light of this, we would appreciate your guidance on how to initiate the
necessary procedures for this name change. Additionally, we would like to
know what specific information or materials we need to prepare and provide
to facilitate this process.
